His path to photography was anything but direct. From a young age, he was fascinated by film effects and visual imagery, which initially led him into the world of 3D graphics. He focused on graphic design and 3D engines, eventually earning a degree in Computer Graphics and Multimedia. After several years working as a software engineer, his growing passion for travel made him realize that photography was what truly fulfilled him.

He soon began leading photography tours and workshops in Prague (you can find student testimonials on TripAdvisor). Together with Dominika, he also organized photo tours and post-processing workshops in New Zealand, where they spent an unforgettable year. This experience marked a major turning point for him. The mobile lifestyle, immersion in nature, and complete dedication to photography allowed him to develop a distinct personal style.

Over the past two decades, he has traveled to many corners of the world, exploring from the depths of the Amazon rainforest to the peaks of the Himalayas. These adventures gradually opened the door to commercial work for magazines and travel agencies. His photographs have won international awards and have been featured in publications worldwide. All of this eventually led him to start his company, Inscape Photo Tours, in 2016 – a long-held dream finally brought to life.

As a father of two curious young souls, he’s delighted to see them beginning to explore photography themselves. A natural step, perhaps, given their many shared travels to places brimming with wonder and inspiration.
