Martin Bišof
Co-founder, Director, Tour Leader

His journey into photography was quite indirect. Since elementary school, he was mesmerized by film effects and visualizations so his first steps led him into three-dimensional graphics. Focusing on graphic design and 3D engines he graduated from the University of Computer Graphics and Multimedia in the Czech Republic. He worked as a software engineer for several years but as he began to travel more he realized that it’s photography what fulfills his life.

Soon he started guiding photography tours with Jan in Prague. Together with Dominika they also organized photo tours and post-processing workshops in New Zealand where they spent one awesome year. This was probably the greatest step forward for him as the mobile lifestyle, living in the wilderness and focusing 100% on photography helped him to develop his own style.

During last decade he traveled to more than 35 countries around the globe explored from the depth Amazon rain forest to the high peaks of the Himalayas. All this helped him to move also towards commercial shooting for magazines and travel agencies. His pictures have won awards internationally and appeared in various publications around the world.
